We have 5 Star Rating from the Chesterfield Borough Council Licensing Team, the highest rating possible.

Due to an update in the Council Licensing Regulations we require all sections of our booking form to be completed in full and all guests must also bring toys from home and a cardboard cat scratcher or similar.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking and full payment is now required 28 days prior to arrival. Refunds cannot be given for bookings cancelled after this time.

No-show: If you fail to check-in at the Cattery by the agreed date without prior notification and confirmation from ourselves, you will be classed as a ‘no-show’ and you shall be deemed to have cancelled the booking.

Payment is by Cash or Debit Card or Direct Bank Payment

We do not give refunds for shortened stays or early returns; you will be charged for the full duration of your original booking.

Cancellations after arrival are not refundable under any circumstances.

Other cancellation fees will be at the company’s discretion.

While we will do our best, We reserve the right to increase our daily rate proportionally without notice due to cost increases beyond our control.

We are open all year round including over Christmas and New Year

We close at 12.00 on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

We board Cats over Christmas and New Year. We are open until 12pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Cats cannot arrive or depart on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day as we are closed to the public on these days.
